Welcome to the art room at The School of the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen. In general, classes come to art once a week. This may change per trimester for some. Students learn about different media (printmaking, painting, drawing, sculpture, technology) and about art elements (line, color, shape, texture) and design principles (emphasis, contrast, pattern, transition, balance, rhythm, unity) as well as artists and art history.
